The Neo Lab is led personally by Eva, who analyses and structures your family’s needs — and, where needed, orchestrates a trusted network of specialists on your behalf.

For over 15 years, Eva — a Ph.D. law with an LL.M. in International Tax Law — has worked at the intersection of law, strategy, and corporate governance. As General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and Managing Director within an international industrial group, she led legal strategy at board level. She ran M&A transactions and restructurings, and directed governance across a portfolio of subsidiaries spanning Central and Eastern Europe. Before that, as an attorney at law at a magic circle law firm, she advised family businesses and private clients on succession, restructuring, and cross-border matters across Austria, Germany, and beyond.

This is not advisory experience layered on top of a legal career. It is a career built, from the outset, around the same problem every family office exists to solve: how to keep complex structures sound, compliant, and quietly under control — without the family having to manage them personally.
